Unfortunately, the number of primary care physicians is decreasing, and there is expected to be an ever growing shortage of these doctors in the future as less medical students choose to enter this important profession.

Your Medical Navigator will then explain your care plan in detail, without the use of medical jargon, to help you to understand your options. This explanation may take place in written form, through a telephone call, a Skype/ webcam visit, or a home visit, depending on your needs.
